Itemized billing Charges documented after service

Prepared after service

A detailed final bill.
No public rate card.

Every completed job is documented using the service performed, vehicle, mileage, conditions, timing, and applicable rules. The customer receives an itemized invoice, or a receipt when paid.

How final bills are prepared

The completed work determines the total.

Final charges are calculated privately in our owner system and are not displayed as a public rate list.

01

Service requested

Towing, roadside assistance, transport, winching, and recovery require different equipment and work.

02

Vehicle and condition

Size, weight class, wheel condition, accident damage, and accessibility affect the work required.

03

Distance and timing

Travel to the pickup, loaded distance, service time, weekends, and legal holidays are considered.

04

Authorized service request

The vehicle owner, driver, insurer, motor club, or another authorized party requests the towing or roadside service.
